There is no second, third, or subsequent life and death, but one physical death. The bible speaks of a second, spiritual death, where the lost person is eternally separated from God at the Judgment.
Reincarnation promotes the idea that, as people are re-born and given another chance, the world will get increasingly better. However, this world’s moral decline is evidence that people are not “getting it right.” Slaughter, hatred, and depravity continue to reign, while love, mercy, and truth are being crushed.
Those who cling to reincarnation as a hope have chosen a path away from Jesus Christ and are headed towards a hopeless eternity.
