Here are some beliefs that our culture has promoted for decades. They are not found in the word of God, but are anecdotal, born out of tradition. Most will read this stuff and say, "Well, I don't care what you say, I still believe such-and-such."
A true child of God exalts the truth of the bible over his or her opinions and judgments. These beliefs are but the tip of the iceberg of superstition. I've been in countries where the people abide by countless superstitions, not set free in the freedom that Jesus Christ has promised to those who believe.
